Because BayesFold's structure drawings are represented as SVG, they can be enlarged or moved with no loss of clarity. To perform these functions, use the built-in features of the Adobe SVG Viewer plugin for the Internet Explorer browser. Display the Viewer's menu by right-clicking your mouse anywhere on the structure drawing:
Zoom in or out by selecting the appropriate menu items. (Note that the Viewer currently supports only four levels of zooming in each direction.) Pan by holding down the "Alt" key and your left mouse button; then move your mouse across the drawing in the direction you wish to pan.
If at any time you wish to return to the default view of the structure, click on the "Original View" menu item.
Caution
Do NOT save your structure using the Viewer's built-in "View SVG" or "Save SVG As..." menu options. These will not correctly capture any formats that have been applied to the structure drawing. Instead, use the Display or Save As options available on the Print & Save tab of the Format Palette, as discussed in Chapter 8, Printing and Saving.
