BayesFold's structure drawings can be rotated at will. Simply click anywhere on the drawing area and hold the mouse down while dragging it in the direction you wish to rotate the drawing. The drawing will rotate in real time. Once the mouse button is released, the drawing will stop rotating and all its bases will snap upright at its new position.
Structures can also be "flipped over", much like a piece of paper. This is achieved by altering the direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) in which the structure is drawn. By default, the structure is drawn clockwise, which means that one moves clockwise from the 5' end to reach the 3' one. Changing the direction to counterclockwise reverses this and effectively flips the drawing. To select the direction of drawing, choose one of the options from the "Direction" listbox on the Advanced formatting tab (see Section 3, “Understanding the Format Palette”).
