BayesFold makes the data used in its predictions available through the sequence and structure data tables. By default, these two tables are hidden. To show a table, click on the "Show" button next to the table name.
The initial table display shows only basic information about each sequence or structure. This includes the item's name, an option button used to select that item, and the sequence or structure text itself. The structure table also displays the current probability for each structure.
Clicking the grey bar at the left-hand side of the table expands the table's display palette as shown below, which presents two ways of controlling the display of extra columns in the table.

The first method is to select the desired groups or columns directly; this method is the default. Under the "Show groups/columns" option button, the palette lists all available columns for this table. Check the checkbox next to a column name to indicate you wish to show that column in the table; to hide it, uncheck its checkbox.
Columns are grouped first by kind of data (for example, thermodynamic or chemical mapping) and, within those groupings, by type of evidence. Each evidence comprises several columns containing data about that evidence; for a more detailed discussion of these columns, see Section 5, “Understanding the Evidence Columns” Checking or unchecking the checkbox next to a group will check or uncheck on all the columns within the group.
The second method uses the "Show data types" option to quickly show all columns of a given type. For instance, checking the "Show scores" checkbox will show the score column for each measurement.Note that unchecking the checkbox for a data type does NOT hide all the items of that data type.
If you change any settings on the palette, the "Apply" and "Cancel" buttons will be enabled. Click "Apply" to apply your changes; click "Cancel" to discard them.
